Finishing Process:

1. Clean substrate with degreaser and make sure all resedu is removed

2. Sand the substrate with 320-400 grit paper.

3. Apply YI-M083.CO2

4. When dry, sand the primer with 320/400 grit paper.

5. Remove dust and apply second coat for best coverage.

Drying times (20C/68F RH 45-65%):

• Dust free: 60 min.

• Handling: 75 min.

• Stackable: 4 hours

• Recoat: 4-24 hours for maximum blocking

• Overcoating after sand: 8 hours maximum

These products is high in solids and has good hiding power. Both 765 and 5590 can be tinted. We can also match any color.
